I am happy to report that I took all of the risks yesterday that I promised you I’d take! It feels really good to have done that, AND, I have moved forward on some important goals!
Today, I am going to further hound my friend Alan – until I get him – about getting in touch with Nanci Griffith. I really want her for my book – can you tell? Seriously. And if it doesn’t work out with Alan, I’ll try another way. In fact, do you know her, or anyone who knows her, or anyone who knows anyone who knows her? Little does she know it, but Nanci Griffith was the original inspiration for the book- the original “True Voice” – so it would be a shame if she didn’t appear in it, right?
OK – enough for now. And oh, I will turn my light out by midnight again tonight.
What about you? What risk will you take on behalf of living a life of your dreams?

I think we should just stalk the stage door on Friday night. Nanci will have to leave the venue at some point, and we should be right there!!! I’ve done it before, just ask Robert Goulet, George Rose, Rex Harrison and Claudet Colbert, tee hee.
Here’s hoping that the security guard we handed the letter to handed it off to the right person… I am not giving up hope!
