I am constantly amazed by the way Spirit/The Universe/God/Higher Power presents me with exactly what I want, but in ways I could never have predicted or imagined.  I have recently revised my personal website (http://angelguided.com) and had made a commitment to begin my blog by the end of November.  Knowing absolutely NOTHING about blogging (I don’t even read blogs, let alone write them!), I was feeling somewhat panicked.  To say it was a risk to put this commitment out to the Universe (and to folks I know who would hold me accountable!) is putting it mildly.  But I did it.  And, of course, the Universe presented me with my opportunity to “practice.”  I received a request from Laura to take a risk and commit to creating a blog entry on her blog.  I chose the 31st of the month . . . not only is that my birthday date (July 31st), but it would mean I wouldn’t have to write something EVERY month (there’s only a 31st of the month every OTHER month!).  I received some training Thursday evening, and was made aware during the training that I had to write my first entry by OCTOBER 31st (somehow, I’d forgotten October had a 31st . . .).  Well, you’re now reading my first entry, and it isn’t nearly as horrible or scarey as I’d thought it might be.  I hope you’re gaining something from the reading; I have certainly gained something from having taken the risk to commit to doing it and actually writing it.  Taking this risk is good practice for the next one . . . whatever it’ll be!  And, with this, I commit (once again) to beginning my personal blog by the end of November . . . more information to follow!
